- A network of Russian regional representatives;
- More then 50 servicemen complete with corporate service cars and spare part / expendable materials set, mobile communication, a complete set of modern diagnostic and maintenance equipment and instrument;

- Computer network of Remote Network Monitoring (RMON) and control system.
